I'm Jarrad Khoury, Head of Valuations at Asset Valuations Group, where I lead the Business Valuation Services division. I specialise in financial investigations and provide expert analysis and opinions on business value, loss, damages, solvency, valuation, and related evidence.
As a Certified Professional Valuer with the Australian Valuers Institute (Property, Business and All Assets), I regularly conduct valuations for small to medium-sized businesses, determining business value, tangible asset values, and intellectual property.
In addition to business valuations, I am also experienced in Residential and Commercial property valuation. With over 10 years of industry experience, I bring a strong professional background in both Property and business valuation.

How we work
We act for accountants, tax agents, financial planners, SMSF auditors, solicitors, executors and individual property owners across every state and territory. We don't outsource, we don't use desktop estimates, and we don't rely on automated valuation models. Each report is built from an inspection, full title and planning research, and a curated set of settled comparable sales from the same suburb and value bracket as the subject property.
Our reports are accepted by the ATO, every major SMSF auditor, the Federal Circuit and Family Court, and state Supreme Courts. Where a firm has a specific format requirement, send it with the enquiry and we will match it.
